Bill Lumpp at Pink Flamingo Realty LLC was very helpful throughout the entire process of selling our parents' home. He gave suggestions for improvements we needed to do before listing the house, and for how to stage the home. He gave us the pros and cons for accepting an offer. My brother and I are not local to Nashville, and Bill was always available to answer our questions and to give information regarding issues. He helped us talk through "hiccups", and he put out little fires that occurred during the selling process. He helped us during a stressful (and sometimes emotional) process all the way to the closing day.
